Project Overview

This revision reorganizes the patio area into a more polished and usable destination for members, with a larger rectangular fire feature built from Brandon Wall to create more seating around the focal point. The proposal combines coordinated Techo-Bloc paving, retaining walls, walk connections, planting, and lighting so the space feels more welcoming, more functional, and more complete in both daytime and evening use.

Revision 2 Fire Feature The revised rectangular fire feature is larger and built for more seating around the central gathering area.
Retaining Walls Brandon Wall helps manage the grade transition while shaping a defined and comfortable outdoor room.
Patio & Walk Connections Blu paving and border materials create direct, comfortable movement between the clubhouse, patio, and surrounding spaces.
Landscaping Hydrangea and juniper planting soften the hardscape edges and give the project a more finished club setting.
Lighting Low-voltage path lighting improves evening comfort and helps the project feel welcoming after dark.
