Key Features

The proposed work focuses on five new site elements designed to improve comfort, circulation, safety, and the overall outdoor character around the clubhouse.

Gas Fire Pit Creates a warm focal point and gathering feature without the smoke, ash, or upkeep of a wood-burning fire.
Retaining Walls Manage the grade change while helping shape a defined and comfortable gathering space.
Sidewalks & Stairs Provide direct, safe, and convenient passage between the clubhouse, patio, and surrounding outdoor areas.
Landscaping Softens the hardscape and adds a more refined, finished aesthetic to the overall setting.
Lighting Improves safety during evening hours while creating a warm and welcoming outdoor atmosphere.
